That’s right. You don’t need to whip out a blender and get to mashing up bananas. Someone else has done it for you. Iceland is now selling fancy vegan nice cream made with avocado and banana. It’s entirely vegan and gluten-free, each tub is just 104 calories, and each serving provides you with one of your five a day. Snazzy.
Nana Ice Cream is available in three flavours – all made from avocado and banana, to be clear, which is why they all have a banana-y twist: Banilla (banana and vanilla), Strawbana, and Choconana.

The tubs will be landing on Iceland shelves from July 6 onwards, and each one will cost £1.50.
We’d recommend ignoring the whole ‘healthy’ angle, sticking that nice cream goodness between two biscuits, and eating about five nice cream sandwiches in one sitting. Yum.
