The funny thing about going vegan is that usually people focus on what you need to deprive yourself of. Or, to shift the focus off deprivation, they talk about the new amazing foods you will introduce to your kitchen and tastebuds. Yet, no one rarely mentions that some of the comfortingly delicious things you loved before going vegan – you never need to give up! Yes, that’s right! Why doesn’t anyone talk more about that?

Many if not most gummy candies contain gelatin, which is made from collagen from the skin and bones of animals. These citrus bites are an exception.
Don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying these are healthy. But as long as they’re cruelty-free – why not indulge in them from time to time?
